As a teacher, I believe that learning is done best by doing things together. It is a life-long process and one of relationship-building, collaboration, and conversations. A little dirt under the fingernails never hurt anyone.

As a writer, I believe writing is meant to be shared. I write for the purpose of wondering. I write to immortalize, to pay attention, and to hear words like music.

As an adventurer, I believe travel connects us most deeply to each other. Regular adventures are the genesis of those questions that have no answers.
